Shaun, Alicia and Brigitte are a location independent family currently traveling the world. In 2016 Alicia and Shaun decided to take their love of travel and adventure with their life passions and travel the world with their 9 year old daughter Brigitte. 

​

The idea sparked because of the problems they were having finding quality, relevant and affordable schooling for Brigitte who was struggling with dyslexia. Hating how demotivated and depressed Brigitte was becoming at traditional schools, and unable to afford the astronomical tuition at private specialized schools, Alicia and Shaun decided to look into homeschooling. When they discovered and decided to try homeschooling via distributed learning they found that it was not only very effective in educating Brigitte but also fit their lifestyles and schedules much better than conventional schooling.

Alicia and Shaun had both managed to work successfully from home and now with Brigitte not tied to a specific location either, they decided to hit the road! Exploring, learning and growing together on the adventure of a lifetime, they love to inspire others to create their own ideal lifestyles and to remind everyone that having a family isn't the end of adventure.
